How do I login to the wholesale website if I already have a wholesale account?
If you are an existing Albanese customer, you will need to create an account if you haven't already. CLICK HERE to create a login and request access to our Wholesale Website. You will receive a welcome email with instructions.
Is there a minimum order (MOQ)?
We have no minimum order. We also sell partial cases on multiple items so that you can order just what you need, which allows you to keep the product fresh and try new items without a major commitment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and ACH transfers.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, a message will appear on the website indicating the item is out of stock. You can request to be notified when an item is back in stock by clicking on the button next to the item. You will receive an email when that item is back in stock and ready to be ordered! You have the ability to manage and see all your Stock Notification subscriptions under your "My Account" section.
What do I do if I received my order and there are items missing or wrong items in my order?
It is fast and easy to submit your claim online. Sign in to your account, proceed to the Cases section, and complete the basic information required. An Albanese claims representative will be in contact shortly after.
You can also reach out to your sales representative or customer service representative directly to initiate a claim regarding your missing items.
Are your products Kosher?
Yes, many of our Gold Label Chocolates, mixes, and nutmeats are certified Kosher. Our gummies are not Kosher. Kosher items are labeled in our catalog and on the website. A list of all Kosher items can be provided upon request, or you can CLICK HERE to view and download the list.
Are your products certified Halal?
Many of our Gold Label Chocolates, mixes, and nutmeats are certified Halal. A list of all items that are certified Halal can be provided upon request.
Are your gummies Allergen friendly?
Yes! All our gummies are free of the top 8 major allergens - dairy, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.
